Calandra Childers

With two decades of government, nonprofit, and philanthropic experience focused on the cultural sector and community-responsive programming, Calandra Childers currently serves as the Director of Program Strategy + Impact for 4Culture. Previous positions with the City of Seattle’s Office of Arts & Culture, ArtsFund, and Seattle Art Museum have honed her strategy and policy development work to build teams, systems and programs that support a more equitable, thriving, and sustainable community. She holds an English degree from Whitman College, and serves on the Boards of YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish, and the Rainier Valley Food Bank. She lives in Seattle with her husband and dog.
