Cat Martin

Cat Martin works at the intersection of community and philanthropy, helping bridge ideas, relationships, and resources to accelerate community-led efforts. She currently leads external engagement activities at Allen Family Philanthropies, drawing on deep experience in corporate responsibility, grantmaking, and the arts. Previously, she served at JPMorgan Chase, coordinating economic inclusion efforts in the PNW, and at U.S. Bank, managing grants in arts & culture, youth development, and social services. Early in her career, Cat held external affairs roles in Seattle with Frye Art Museum, Pratt Fine Arts Center, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Cat’s creative life spans music, theater design, and textiles, including performing & recording as a multi-instrumentalist and presently singing in a women’s choir for health and joy.
