Jarrett Gilmore
Jarrett Gilmore is a Footwear Designer II at Brooks Running, where he designs key styles while advancing the integration of AI and 3D tools into the creative process. His work sits at the intersection of performance and digital innovation. He began his design career at Nike, contributing to women’s lifestyle footwear, including the Nike Fontana Edge. Jarrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Louisiana and a Masters of Science in Sports Product Design from the University of Oregon, where he gained hands-on experience building footwear and performance garments. He approaches design through a performance-driven, form-meets-function lens, applying a near-scientific method to how products are tested, built, and refined. On this panel, he brings a perspective on how AI is reshaping not just how we design, but how we think about creativity.
