Lucas S. Michels is an attorney at Ironmark Law Group, PLLC and AMPACC Law Group, PLLC where he advises entrepreneurs, businesses, and artists on intellectual property, corporate, and commercial legal matters. Particularly, Lucas assists clients with domestic and international copyright and trademark protection and enforcement, IP licensing and other transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. He also manages online enforcement campaigns for multiple brands, artists, and victims of online harassment, as well as acting as a copyright agent for multiple online service providers. Lucas also authors and presents on the topic of online, artistic, and trade-related intellectual property matters, and is currently a member of the International Trademark Association’s Trade Issues Committee, and the Washington Lawyers for the Arts’ Board of Directors.
