Cre8tive Economy Alliance (CEA) is a cross-sector membership initiative that turns creativity into compensation by aligning policy, playbooks, and paid pathways, then activating the ecosystem through curated connections.

We exist to build the practical infrastructure that creators and creatives need to earn sustainably—and that organizations need to invest in talent pipelines with confidence.

CEA activates the ecosystem through:

• Practical playbooks and standards (pricing, packaging, licensing, contracting, workflow)

• Measurable pathways to paid work (apprenticeships, work-based learning, employer partnerships)

• Policy & systems labs that translate industry needs into implementable models and shared measurement

• Curated connections that turn relationships into real opportunities

Cre8te Summit is our annual convening, designed to move from ideas to execution through real workflows, monetization strategies, and an ecosystem “Deal Table” for collaborations and opportunities. 

CEA is being incubated and spearheaded by 8genC in partnership with The Union, a creator-focused community and production hub powered by PACE.
